According to one of our spies. Jay-Z was recently seen with Fendi head Karl Lagerfeld at a New York Fendi photo shoot. But Jay wasn't there to watch the shoot, he was the shoot. Apparently Jay-Z will be actually be a model for Fendi's upcoming marketing campaign. No word yet when the campaign will launch.

T.I. Pleads Guilty to Weapons Charges, Plea Details Emerge

As expected, T.I. pleaded guilty to three federal weapons charges in a federal courtroom in Atlanta earlier this afternoon.

According to the Associated Press, the rapper stood before the judge in a gray suit and accepted responsibility for the charges of possession of an unregistered firearm, possession of machine guns and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Under the terms of his plea agreement, he will serve one year in prison and will be required to complete 1500 hours of community service, which will consist of him speaking to youth groups about the pitfalls of guns, gangs and drugs.

He will only be sentenced to the prison time after he has successfully completed 1000 hours of the community service over the course of a year.

Following his year long prison term, Tip will still be subject to three years of supervised release, which will include one year of home detention, plus a $100,000 fine. Should he fail to adhere to the terms of the deal, he will face a much more severe prison term.

Had T.I. maintained his innocence and been convicted at trial, he would have faced a ten year sentence and $250,000 fine on each count. In a statement released after the plea by the U.S. Attorney’s office, prosecutors expressed satisfaction over the outcome of the case and noted the value of having a high profile entertainer like T.I. working to help reduce crime.

BlackBerry 9000 in the wild

Okay, we'll admit, the first thought on our minds when we saw the BlackBerry 9000 in its natural habitat for the first time was, "that's it?" RIM's been taking on increasingly sharp competition as of late -- even in its traditional corporate strongholds -- and we'd expected and hoped to see something less evolutionary and more revolutionary from these cats. On closer inspection, though, we find that the phone is leaving a very positive second impression. The phone's lines seem flow really well (dare we call a BlackBerry "sexy"?) without losing its purpose-suited stance exuded by the 8300s, 8700s, and 8800s of yore. The real kicker, though, might be the beautiful user interface, which has been totally revamped from the ground up; gone is the cartoonish look and feel of the current lineup, replaced with a modern, warm theme with wireframe icons and slick animations. Another big win: as Vodafone's slide deck mentioned, the 9000 features both WiFi and HSDPA, confirmed by this particular example's info display. Too little, too late -- or is this thing a genuine threat in the marketplace this year? Follow the break for a video of the hot new UI in action!

Kanye West Accused Of Stealing ”Good Life”

A Maryland songwriter-producer is suing Kanye West claiming that the hip-hop star used his tune, "Volume of Good Life," for the chart-topping single, "Good Life," without permission or giving credit. In the lawsuit filed in Maryland District Court, Dayna Staggs (aka D’Mystro) names West and his label Roc-A-Fella Records for copyright infringement, claiming the artist didn’t obtain a license to use his song, according toTMZ.

D’Mystro said he’s also offended that Kanye’s rendition of the record "contains vulgar and offensive" images and "harms the reputation" of his much cleaner original, which he claims was written when West was only six or seven years old.
He’s asking for 85% of all world sales from the music.
Roc-A-Fella has yet to comment on the suit.

What a shame!!! A Fake BBC Ice Cream Store just opened in Netherlands. One of our patners went there during the opening day and he found out that everything in this store is FAKE (from Nike sneakers, to Bathing Ape and BBC).
So for all my dutch and my dutch visitors, don't go to that store. I REPEAT DON’T GO THERE!!! They only sell fake stuffs. The name of the store is KIX. Some people of our community in Netherlands are working to get that store closed as soon as possible because those kind of stores are killing the whole fashion game right now. IF YOU GOT REAL LOVE FOR THE GAME, WE ALL NEED YOU TO BANNED ALL THOSE FAKE STORE! WORD OF THE DON.

Those are the new Air Force 1 HTM Fragment... Fragment is one of the doppest brand and the Nike Air Force One is the doppest sneaker ever (Better than Dunks, Air Max 1 or 90 in my opinion)... Levi's Fenom Disco Decoration Crush 7

Here is a little preview of the new upcoming release, Levi's Fenom Crush 7. As you know all the Levi's Fenom and especially the Crush are very limited and expensive, so expect this one to cost $1000 or more retail. This time they put "bling" on the jeans which remind us the Levis Fenom Black Disco Decorations. The release date has not been told for now. I don't think it will be dropped in any stores in North America. Most likely it will be available in Asia only for retail. So if you can't travel or got someone in Asia and you want those one, Ebay and at least minimum 2000$ (Thanks to the evil resellers!) will be very helpful, I think i gonna buy one... You should do the same.

I just went back from New York City yesterday night. In my short trip I went to the Fendi Store on the 5th Av. and I had the opportunity to see the exclusive Bearbrick x Fendi huge toys (for display only). I don't know what their size are, maybe 100000000.......%, but you must see them. They could almost look at me in the eyes (For those who don't know I'm 6'6" the same size as the "greatest player of all time" Michael Jordan). I asked to the manager of the Fendi store and unfortunatly they are not to sale, "For display only!" she told me. So for now, all we can do is just look at the pictures and enjoy.
