Bape LA Opening Party

After month's of speculation, Bape Los Angeles has finally opened its doors. A huge round up of celebrities were in attendance including Mike "Quote Machine" Tyson, NERD, Dr. Romanelli, Kaws, Takashi Murakami and of course above all else Nigo. The store's decor is marked by traditional Bape influences including the sneaker conveyor belt, neon lighting and liberal use of camo prints.

Bape Store Los Angeles

While a Los Angeles store has been rumored for quite some time now, the official announcement has finally come down the pipe. The Los Angeles BAPE store will open on April 25th. Past store openings been accompanied by a commemorative t-shirt and the same should be expected for the Los Angeles Location. Additionally if you're in the LA area, information regarding working at the Bape LA store has been posted on the official site.

The Godfather x Bape T-Shirt

What's happening when one of my favorite brand and one of my favorite movie meet each others? Award winning gangster film The Godfather is set to be reinterpretated by Japanese brand A Bathing Ape. The first look only reveals the original The Godfather logo with Bape's trademark camo design. The shirts will only be available through the members only Nigo's Favorite Shop section starting April 1st.
